“Desafio, for me, was an unforgettable experience. An experience that marked me. Something that cannot, honestly, be described in words. I am proud to have been part of this project. I proved to myself that, when you can't do it anymore, you can do a little more. The experience strengthened me, I came back from there calmer, more settled and with more confidence in myself”, says Alina in a statement for GSP.

The show “Desafio, Aventura” premieres on Monday, January 5, on Pro TV. “How difficult was it, from one to ten? A hundred! Ha, ha, ha! It was very hard in many ways, including for the girls. We lacked personal care, but you didn't really have time to complain about that. Our time was occupied from morning to night.”adds Alina Oprea.
“Seriously, you had to eat to survive”
She admits that she would still like to participate in such a competition show, where her limits are tested through all kinds of tests.
“Since I returned home, I don't know what to do with my free time. I wake up traumatized from my sleep and realize that I have nothing to do… I would go to such a show again, I want another route, hunger and some mess. I want the adrenaline from there“, she admits.

“It was a bit difficult with the food, but I adapted. More forcefully, you had to eat to survive. I, being thin, had to eat. I lost a few kilograms, but I came back with a water retention of about six kilograms. I'm struggling to get in shape, I don't know what happened there”, Alina said at the premiere of the show broadcast by Pro TV.
What is Desafio, the new show from the Pro TV grid
