Inter and Al Hilal they agreed to borrow the extreme João Cancelo until the end of the current season.
Discussions between the two clubs existed for several days, now an agreement has finally been reached. The Saudi club is not only willing to loan Joao Cancelo to Inter, but also to pay part of the Portuguese international's salary – the Italian goalkeeper announces to Sportmediaset.
Joao Cancelo will receive 7.5 million euros, of which 3 million will be paid by Inter

The Portuguese would become the fourth highest paid player in the squad, behind Lautaro Martinez, Barella and Calhanoglu, and level with Marcus Thuram.
Joao Cancelo, also courted by Barcelona, will have the last word
The final decision on the loan will belong to the player, eager to return to Europe and still attracted by Barcelona – reveals the same Sportmediaset.
However, at the Blaugrana group, the bosses did not agree on the transfers they will operate in January, so Inter wants to speed up the process and convince Cancelo to return to Milan.
Joao Cancelo would replace Denzel Dumfries on the right flank
The Portuguese defender would thus return to Inter after 7 and a half years, where it is expected that Cristi Chivu will use him on the right flank, where Denzel Dumfries is the starter. The Dutchman was operated on his ankle and will be sidelined until the spring.
The 'Cancelo' opportunity came after the player fell out with his Al Hilal coach Simone Inzaghi, none other than Cristi Chivu's predecessor on the Inter bench. Acerbi or de Vrij could also be included in the deal, with Inzaghi willing to land one of his former defenders.
