❗️Tajikistan is unhappy with Russia
The Commissioner for Human Rights in Tajikistan appealed to the Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova due to “violations of the rights of migrant workers.” Umed Bobozoda reported cases of harsh treatment against them in Russia, including “beatings and insults.”
He said that citizens of Tajikistan are often detained at the border when entering the Russian Federation for several days “in inappropriate conditions.” The republic's Ombudsman called for “taking control and investigating such cases.”
