PAOK, Răzvan Lucescu's team, started the year with two transfers. The Black and Whites officially introduced the Alexander Jeremejeff (32 years old, forward), released from contract after parting with Panathinaikosand Giannis Sarris (18 years old, midfielder), acquired from Modena.

Alexander Jeremejeff signed for a year and a half with PAOK. He has not been a starter for Panathinaikos lately and this season he has played 4 matches and scored a goal in the league. Giannis Sarris, Greek U19 international, signed for 3.5 years with PAOK.

“PAOK announces the acquisition of Alexander Jeremejeff. The player has signed a contract with the club until 30/06/2027. Jeremejeff was the top scorer in the Swedish league in the 2021-22 season with 22 goals, leading Häcken to the Swedish title in 2022.

In total, he made 63 appearances, 40 goals and six assists for the club. In January 2023, he moved to Greece to Panathinaikos, who immediately loaned him to Levadiakos until the end of the season, where he played in 10 matches and scored one goal and contributed two assists.

After the loan ended, the Swedish striker returned to Panathinaikos and in two-and-a-half seasons made 60 appearances, 16 goals and one assist in all competitions, also winning the Greek Cup in the 2024-25 season. Welcome, Alexander!”, PAOK said on the official website.

PAOK announce the acquisition of 18-year-old Giannis Sarris from Modena. The young Greek midfielder signed a three-year contract with PAOK, until 30.06.2029.

The talented youngster left for Italy's Modena in 2023, initially for the Under-17 side, but was quickly promoted to Primavera 2 where he made a total of 41 appearances, five goals and two assists. He had a contract with Modena until 2027, also participating in the training of the main team. He is also an international for Greece U19, for whom he played in six matches. True to its plan, PAOK is investing in the future by acquiring a talented young player with very good prospects.
