The gendarmes announce that they found, on Wednesday, in Bucharest, pyrotechnic materials from categories prohibited by law, hidden in a food delivery bag. The gendarmes were distracted by a replica of the one carrying the bag.
“Pyrotechnic materials instead of the menu of the day. Today, in the area of a shopping center in the Capital, our colleagues discovered that a delivery bag did not hide the menu of the day, but… “a portion” of pyrotechnic materials”, the Romanian Gendarmerie reported.
The attention of the gendarme crew was drawn by a suspicious reply of the person in question.
“What caught the attention of the gendarmes? A reply from the merchant: 'I have two on the bench waiting. I'm going to get them!' The person was intercepted by the gendarmes just as he was returning with the delivery bag”, the Gendarmerie stated.
Following the checks, several pyrotechnic articles from categories prohibited by law were found inside it.
The gendarmes mentioned that the person selling pyrotechnic materials was not a delivery person, but used a delivery bag, according to News.ro.
The gendarmes remind that pyrotechnic materials are not fun, “they represent a real risk and danger to your health and those around you”.
