The prosecutor's office spoke about the first results of an inspection in connection with information about non-payment of wages to workers involved in the construction of Krasnoyarsk metro facilities.

It was established that one of the subcontractors, BTS-Krasnoyarsk LLC, entered into an agreement for the transportation and disposal of soil with TD Angara LLC, which engaged an individual entrepreneur to provide transportation services. At the same time, one company did not pay the other for the work performed.
“As a result, wage arrears arose to employees: 10 employees of an individual entrepreneur did not receive 500 thousand rubles, and 39 employees of TD Angara LLC did not receive 1.2 million rubles as an advance for December,” the supervisory agency said.
Currently, an audit of the implementation of labor legislation is being carried out at BTS-Krasnoyarsk LLC and TD Angara LLC, during which a full assessment of compliance with workers’ rights will be given.
“The head of TD Angara LLC was warned about the inadmissibility of violating labor laws and the consequences of non-payment of employees were explained. Based on the results of the inspection, an administrative case will be initiated against the director (Part 6 of Article 5.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and other prosecutorial response measures will be taken in order to unconditionally pay off wage arrears and restore the violated rights of employees. Organizations are actively looking for credit funds to quickly repay debts to contractors. The situation is under control“, the prosecutor's office said.
