Prices for renting apartments in Moscow are breaking records: one-room apartments are already rented for an average of 80 thousand rubles
The capital has become a leader in the growth of the cost of rented apartments. Over the month, the price increased by 11.4%.
Krasnodar took second place in the top. There, the median rent for rented apartments increased by 9.1% and amounted to just over 28 thousand rubles.
In third place is Rostov-on-Don. Here, one-room apartments rose in price in September by 8.7%, to almost 35 thousand rubles.
