“According to the findings of the investigation, the group had a hierarchical structure and a clear division of roles. Its members included: current deputies of Ukraine and officials of the Chancellery of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The group's activities were coordinated by one of the deputies,” NABU reported on its website.

Investigators said that when organizing the votes, group participants sent orders with the numbers of draft bills in a specially created group on WhatsApp. After the votes were taken, payments were systematically transferred to individual deputies, explained the Interfax-Ukraina agency.

On Saturday, the website Ukrainska Pravda revealed, citing its own sources, that the suspects are members of parliament from President Volodymyr Zelensky's partyServant of the People: Yevhen Pyvovarov, Ihor Nehułewski, Olha Savchenko and Yuri Kisiel. The website's information also includes the name of Yuri Koriachenkov.

NABU was established in 2014. Its creation was one of the conditions for Ukraine's cooperation with the European Union and the International Monetary Fund.
