Since the beginning of the year, almost 50 thousand passengers have used the services of automatic luggage storage facilities at KrasRussian Railway stations.

In January-November 2025, 49.3 thousand passengers turned to the services of automatic hand luggage storage rooms at Krasnoyarsk Railway stations.

Most often, modern cells were rented at the station of Krasnoyarsk (38.6 thousand) and Abakan (6.8 thousand). In total, Krasnoyarsk visitors to station complexes left their belongings in the new-style storage lockers for almost 190 thousand hours, and passengers of the capital of Khakassia – for 27 thousand hours.

In November 2025, 3.3 thousand passengers of Krasnaya Railways entrusted their luggage to the luggage storage facilities.

The highest demand for the service was observed in July – 7.1 thousand passengers used the service.

Let us remind you that on the Krasnoyarsk Railway, the stations of seven large passenger stations are equipped with automatic lockers – Krasnoyarsk, Achinsk, Bogotol, Kansk, Zaozernaya in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Abakan in Khakassia and Mariinsk in the Kemerovo Region. In total, 380 cells are installed at all station complexes.

“Smart” cameras operate around the clock, which allows you to check in and receive luggage quickly and without queues. Passengers can independently choose a cell of appropriate size (standard, medium or large – 60, 90 or 180 cm in height, respectively), which closes and opens using a barcode. In this case, payment is provided not for the number of pieces of luggage, but for the time of use of the locker. More information about automatic lockers can be found here.
