To propose to the Regional Komkhoz (Comrade Aptekin) and the City Council (Comrade Rybkovsky) to begin in January 1936 the construction of a large two-story sixteen-apartment building for State Workers employees and a mansion for Comrade. Milner M.A. (with the completion of both houses in April 1936).

This became a big event in the cultural life of the city and region.

The concert pleased the audience with its high quality. The Birobidzhan audience heard classical music at the concert, anti-religious and pioneer songs performed by the choir and individual solo numbers (piano, singing, cello). The chapel turned out great, polished to the smallest detail.

The star of the concert was the soloist of the ensemble, Comrade Bershtein, a master of vocals and artistic expression.

During the concert, songs were sung in the languages of the peoples of the USSR, which contributed to the international education of the working people.
