In Krasnoyarsk, police issued a citizen of the Czech Republic Frederica Batsanova and her minor son a temporary residence permit.

The family arrived in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in August 2025. The woman decided to connect her life with Russia and obtain citizenship of our country.

“In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 702 of August 19, 2024 “On providing humanitarian support to persons who share traditional Russian spiritual and moral values,” the woman and her child were issued a temporary residence permit in Russia until December 2028. The solemn ceremony of presenting the passport with the long-awaited stamp took place at the Migration Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory; the updated document was presented to the potential citizen of the Russian Federation by the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the regional police, Alena Mironova,” the department said.
