The cargo ship Grigory Lovtsov, carrying crushed stone and sand, capsized off the coast of Sakhalin, leaving four people missing
Previously, during overloading, the vessel tilted and capsized.
There were seven crew members on board, three of whom were rescued. The fate of the remaining four is still unknown; a search and rescue operation is underway.
UPD: Two people died, another man was found and taken out of the water, he was hospitalized.
