In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police seized a child living in unsanitary conditions from his mother.

Information about a child who lives in dangerous conditions was published by the director of the Interregional Center for Children's Rights, Pavel Pugachev.

He said that the public organization received a message from residents of Nazarovo.

“The child lives in absolute unsanitary conditions. Judging by the footage that local residents sent us, the apartment is a real dump, and flies are crawling on the child’s face! Appeals to the guardianship authorities of the local administration and the police department for minors did not bring results, so the family’s concerned neighbors were forced to contact us,” said Pavel Pugachev.

The information was passed on to the police. They checked the living conditions of the family and found confirmation of these facts.

“During the inspection, unsanitary conditions in the mother’s home were revealed. The child's parents are divorced. In connection with the detected violations, a protocol was drawn up against the mother under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for improper performance of parental responsibilities. The child was released to the father, who is the legal representative, and is currently under his guardianship. The family is not registered,” the press service explained.
