Ukrainian UAVs are trying to attack an oil refinery in Ryazan. Local residents report this.
Around 1 am, about ten explosions were heard in the area of the village of Dyadkovo. There is no official information yet.
This is the second attack on the city this week. On January 24, after debris from destroyed drones fell, a fire broke out on the territory of the Novo-Ryazan Thermal Power Plant and the oil refinery of JSC RNPK.
