Terrible tragedy before Christmas: a young pregnant woman and her husband died in an accident in Bacău county
A 25-year-old pregnant woman and her husband lost their lives on Friday evening in a serious road accident on DN2G, in Moinești municipality, Buzău county. As a result of the collision, other people were injured, traffic in the area being hampered.

According to the Bacău County Police Inspectorate, a car driven by a 32-year-old man made an overtaking maneuver and collided head-on with another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. In the hit car were two husbands, both aged 25.
The woman, in serious condition and with injuries incompatible with life, was declared dead at the scene. Her husband was rushed to the hospital, but despite resuscitation efforts, he died shortly after.
The driver who caused the accident was found conscious and cooperative when emergency crews arrived and tested for alcohol consumption, the result was negative.
“Arriving at the scene of the intervention, it was found that the accident occurred between two cars. There were three victims, one of whom was incarcerated, who was extracted and handed over to the medical crew”, transmitted ISU Bacău.
The police investigation continues to establish the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
