A pyromaniac who set fire to three restaurants in Krasnodar was caught. He fell for the scammers' tricks.
A 19-year-old guy was hacked and threatened to use his data for bad purposes. And to avoid this, they ordered to come to the establishments and start a fire.
The pyromaniac went to a public catering facility and threw a backpack with something flammable – a fire broke out. It was extinguished and the arsonist was detained.
