Channel One got involved in the fate of a Zheleznogorsk schoolboy kicked out of his home by his mother

The “Male/Female” program on Channel One and the Interregional Center for Children’s Affairs took under joint patronage a 10-year-old boy from Zheleznogorsk, who was kicked out of his home by his own mother. The head of the center, Pavel Pugachev, wrote about this.

Let us remind you that the situation became known a month ago after messages from city residents on social networks. The child was repeatedly found alone in hallways and courtyards. According to eyewitnesses, the boy did not react to those around him, he only hummed and did not open his eyes.

It turned out that the child was forced to spend the night in hallways and basements all summer. The family has been registered as socially dangerous since 2023; the boy was repeatedly placed in special institutions. It is interesting that on October 10, another meeting was held to help the family, and on October 11, the boy was once again found in the entrance.

Investigators opened a criminal case. The prosecutor's office, having checked the actions of the guardianship authorities, demanded that the violations be eliminated. Now the boy is in a Krasnoyarsk orphanage – his mother openly refused to take her son.

Pugachev emphasized that Channel One and the center will constantly monitor the development of the situation, provide social assistance and consider the issue of mentoring. “We simply do not have the right to pass by,” he said.
