The market on the banks of the Kacha river in Krasnoyarsk has been located since 1945. In 1974, a new building was built for trade. In 2014, the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Viktor Tolokonsky, came to the market as a buyer. He was indignant at the disrepair of the building: “Dilapidated counters, dirt, lack of light, empty retail spaces even at the beginning of the day, not to mention the fact that the products of the local manufacturer are rather poorly represented.
