Big transaction in Wrocław. Hillwood buys logistics parks for EUR 70 million

Hillwood Polska has expanded its portfolio to include two logistics parks located in the northern part of Wrocław. The properties were purchased from funds managed by Blackstone for approximately EUR 70 million, Hillwood Polska announced in a press release.


Both acquired facilities are fully leased and currently operate under the names Hillwood Wrocław City I and Hillwood Wrocław City II. They increased the company's portfolio by nearly 100,000. sq m, which thus exceeded the level of 2.1 million sq m.
Including the acquisition of two projects in Silesia and the investment in Gdańsk, Hillwood Polska bought over 300,000 sq m this year. sq m stabilized logistics assets.
The company's strategy includes acquiring fully commercialized properties in key logistics locations throughout Poland.
“Despite market challenges, thanks to the commitment of the Hillwood team in Poland, 2025 was a very successful year for us. The value of acquisitions exceeded EUR 200 million, and we continue to develop new projects and maintain a high level of developer activity, finalizing approximately 40 lease agreements,” said Hubert Michalak, president of Hillwood Poland.
“Lower Silesia is currently one of the most important logistics hubs in Central Europe, and Wrocław has been attracting companies scaling operations on international markets for years. The transaction with Blackstone strengthens the foundations of our portfolio and accelerates the implementation of a long-term strategy to increase the value of assets,” he added.
Hillwood Polska is an investor and developer in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in the construction and management of logistics, warehouse and industrial facilities, including those dedicated to the e-commerce sector.
