Russia may ban the sale of cigarettes and hookahs to everyone born after December 31, 2009 — “Kommersant”
A corresponding bill was developed and sent to the government for review. The Ministry of Health is ready to support the document, provided it is finalized, the publication clarifies.
Several departments are against it: the Ministry of Finance believes that the adoption of the law will limit the constitutional rights of adults and increase the consumption of counterfeit goods.
