Newslab conducted a survey and found out what interesting Krasnoyarsk residents found in the “Siberian Longevity” project and how they propose to improve it.
Voting took place on the website of the online newspaper. The survey revealed that most respondents (70.1%) found little interesting for myself in the project.
- 12.5% attend project events, but want to see not only peers, but also people of other ages;
- 11.2% take an active part in the “Siberian Longevity” project and are happy with everything;
- 6.2% go to events, but want more directions and variety.

Let us remind you that the “Siberian Longevity” movement, which united women over 55 years of age and men over 60 years of age, started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the spring of 2025. Initially, the project was more aimed at sports. In Krasnoyarsk, the program included three swimming pools – Sokol, Spartak and Lokomotiv – and two more sports clubs – the Garage fitness center and the Bogatyr gym. Outside the regional center, participants of the “Siberian Longevity” are hosted by sports complexes in Zheleznogorsk, Zelenogorsk, Lesosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk and in ZATO Solnechny, Uzhursky district. Now this list is constantly updated, adding new objects.
Free certificates allow you to visit the pool, work out in the gym, as well as go to Pilates, yoga, joint exercises and other classes.
It soon became clear that the original format required development and addition. Elderly people had the opportunity to attend various exhibitions, master classes, excursions, film screenings and much more. Their relatives also began to join them, making “Siberian Longevity” an excellent family leisure option.
It’s easy to become part of the movement – you need to log in to the website sibirskoelongevity.rf and get access to the catalog of events and activities. There is also an option to use the “EKZh Krasnoyarsk” application – Siberian longevity can be found in the “My Services” tab. You can also contact the “Center for Siberian Longevity”. It is located at: Krasnoyarsk, st. Mira 7a (tel. 291-85-88) and is open from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
