Shocking scenes took place in Genoa, before the match between Inter Milan and Genoa, the club supported by the Romanian shareholder Dan Șucu. The confrontation from the 15th stage of Serie A ended with the victory of Chivu's team, score 2-1, was preceded by serious violence between supporters, which forced the massive intervention of law enforcement.
According to Italian media, fans of the two teams clashed violently near the Luigi Ferraris stadium. As a result of the conflicts, three cars, a van and a scooter were set on fire, and the firemen intervened urgently to limit the spread of the fire.
It all started from the Inter fans sector
Images on social media showed burning cars, riot police vans and plumes of smoke as authorities tried to bring the situation under control.
According to the information broadcast by Sky Sport Italia, a group of Genoa supporters would have thrown objects at the Inter fans, who were in a restricted area. The reaction of the “nerazzurri” ultras was not long: they would have forced the access gates to reach the opposing supporters.
From here, the situation quickly degenerated, breaking out into direct confrontations between the two galleries, followed by violent clashes with law enforcement.

The Italians note that at least three policemen were injured and taken to the San Martino hospital for medical attention. Law enforcement had to use tear gas to disperse the crowd, as supporters attacked each other with smoke bombs and bottles.
Garbage containers were set on fire and a van caught fire during clashes with “rossoblu” ultras.
The match was played, Inter won and are the leaders in Serie A
Despite the serious incidents, the authorities managed to secure the area and the game started at the scheduled time. On the pitch, Inter Milan prevailed 2-1, achieving an important away victory.
The success consolidates the leading position in Serie A for Cristi Chivu's formation, while Genoa, the team supported by Dan Șucu, remains in a delicate area of the ranking.
