Showers, thunderstorms and wind came to Moscow again. The city is partially drowning. On the North-East Expressway, a section of the road about 25 km is flooded. Traffic in the direction of Entuziastov Highway is blocked along the backup route. Four lanes are closed on the main road, leaving one lane for traffic in each direction.
Due to heavy rainfall in the east of Moscow, ground transport delays are possible. Routes may change. The Department of Transport reports this.
