On instructions from the president, the head of the region spoke online with Lyudmila Igumenova from the Mansko-Uyarsky municipal district. A resident of the village of Semyonovka said that a section of the Uyar-Zapasnoy Imbezh regional highway passes through the settlement, along which, in particular, school and regular bus routes are laid. Due to cracks and holes, the quality of the road surface leaves much to be desired. According to the villagers, the road needs to be repaired.
Mikhail Kotyukov said that the repair of regional and municipal roads is being carried out as part of the regional program for the development of the transport system. He assured the resident of Semyonovka that he would instruct the regional Ministry of Transport to put the transit section of the road in order.
“I will instruct the Minister of Transport, together with the head of the Mansko-Uyarsky municipal district, to work on this issue so that in 2026 we can find a solution within the framework of the regional program. If the repair does not require complex work, then we will quickly resolve this issue within a year,” the governor said.
On behalf of the head of state, Mikhail Kotyukov also considered the appeal of Olga Dolenko, a physical education instructor from a kindergarten in the Kansk municipal district. She said that the Olympian children's sports school in the village of Checheul really needs a minibus. The sports school has been operating for more than 20 years, more than 250 children are involved in various sports, but the institution does not have its own transport to transport children to regional and regional competitions.
Mikhail Kotyukov emphasized that the region has a program for purchasing transport for sports schools, and the first buses have already been purchased. Practice has shown: in order for equipment not to stand idle, it is necessary to transfer it to the municipal district level. Then different children's institutions will be able to use it.
“The bus should work universally for all children who play sports in the district. This transport should be used by those groups, schools, and children's teams that need to travel to solve practical problems. Therefore there will be a bus. We will work on the question of how it will be used separately,” concluded the head of the region.
Olga Stepochkina, a music worker at one of the right-bank kindergartens in Krasnoyarsk, appealed to the governor with a request to install lighting on a 200-meter section of the road in the area of Michurina and Volgogradskaya streets. Parents take their children to correctional kindergarten No. 249 along this road, including in the dark. This issue, on behalf of Mikhail Kotyukov, will be addressed by the Krasnoyarsk city administration.
“My colleagues will present me with a conclusion by the end of the year, and we will separately agree on the timing of implementation. Design solutions may need to be developed to connect the lights. We will talk to you again before the new year,” the head of the region replied.
In addition, residents of the region turned to Mikhail Kotyukov with requests to install a video surveillance system in one of the schools, help with the purchase of a minibus for a large family and an electric wheelchair for a child with musculoskeletal disorders.
