Explosion in the elite residential complex “Scarlet Sails” in Moscow. The main thing for this hour:
— An explosion occurred in house No. 77 on Aviatsionnaya Street at about 09:45 in the morning. An IED detonated in the elevator hall on the first floor.
— The power was 300-400 grams of TNT equivalent. The windows in the hall were broken and the ceiling collapsed.
— One person died, four were injured. Among them is the President of the DPR Boxing Federation, founder of the Arbat battalion Armen Sarkisyan – his left leg was amputated, he is in a coma.
— Sargsyan’s security guard Oleg Kaspirovich is in serious condition in intensive care: he has a concussion and multiple shrapnel wounds to the head and neck.
— Resident of “Scarlet Sails” Daria Karseladze has an open neck wound and a broken leg. Sergei Shkryabatovsky has a broken leg and severe arterial bleeding.
— Security forces consider the assassination attempt as the main version of what happened. Previously, the target was Armen Sargsyan.
— The IED could have been planted under the sofa in the hall by a non-local girl, now they are looking for her.
