Zelensky will meet Merz in Berlin. However, this is not the end of the talks

Chancellor Friedrich Merz will meet President Volodymyr Zelensky in Berlin on Monday, and the topic of the talks will be the current state of peace negotiations regarding Ukraine, German government spokesman Stefan Kornelius said on Friday.

“In the evening, the talks will be joined by numerous European heads of government and heads of state, as well as leading representatives of the European Union and NATO,” we read in a statement from the spokesman published on the German government's website.

It is not known whether top-level European politicians will appear in Berlin or join the conversation with Merz and Zelensky remotely.
