Mihai Stoica, the president of the Board of Directors at FCSB, provided the latest information before the match against Feyenoord, on Thursday, in the Europa League.

  • FCSB – Feyenoord, in stage #6 of the Europa League single group, will take place on Thursday, from 22:00. The match at the National Arena will be liveTEXT on GSP.ro and broadcast on Prima Sport 1 and Digi Sport 1

FCSB will not rely on David Miculescu and Dennis Politic against Feyenoord. The two were also absent from the last matches of the Romanian champion, due to medical problems.

Miculescu missed the previous two games and there are good chances to play in the championship, with Unirea Slobozia, on Monday from 20:30. Politic has not played in the last 3 matches, and his situation is uncertain.

David Miculescu and Dennis Politic do not play in FCSB – Feyenoord

“Politically, he doesn't train, he can't, because he's in pain. The tests he underwent didn't reveal any changes, but the pain persists. There are other cases like that.

Miculescu was in the same situation. Miculescu has recovered, but will not be able to play on Thursday. He will probably play in the championship”, said Mihai Stoica, on Prima Sport 1.

FCSB is expecting more than 20,000 fans

The FCSB official also announced the number of tickets sold by Tuesday evening: “We're at 20,000 now.” There will be more than 4,000 Dutch people at the National Arena, as announced by Feyenoord.

The two clubs reached an agreement, and the team from the Netherlands received 4,300 tickets, instead of 2,800 (5% of the capacity of the National Arena). Feyenoord has already announced a sell-out in the section intended for Dutch fans.

The two teams are neighbors in the standings before Thursday's game. Feyenoord is on position 30, FCSB on 31, both with 3 points. And the goal difference is equal, -5, but the Dutch scored an extra goal, 4 to 3.
