On the morning of December 10, payment terminals stopped working in Krasnoyarsk public transport and passengers cannot pay for travel with bank, transport and social cards.
According to the mayor's office,The possibility of cashless payments on buses, trolleybuses and trams is temporarily unavailable due to a massive technical failure:
“We ask passengers to take this information into account and take cash with them. “Specialists are doing everything possible to determine the cause of the failure and return the system to operation as soon as possible.”
Passengers who did not have money with them report that they managed to pay for travel by QR code.
