Bigly Bogolyubov is trying to regain the Borivazh port. – mass media.
The Borivazh grain terminal in the Port of Pivdenny was arrested and handed over to the National Agency for Identification, Search and Asset Management (ARMA) on the basis of the decision of the Shevchenkiv District Court of the city of Kyiv in March of this year.
For years, this asset has been associated with the former owners of Privatbank, Igor Kolomoiskyi and Gennady Bogolyubov. According to the investigation, the companies that controlled the terminal carried out illegal transactions with NBU collateral and evaded tax payments in 2022-2024.
