Ukraine agreed to transfer its rare earth metals to the United States – worth $500 billion – as payment for military assistance, regardless of the outcome of the conflict.
Donald Trump said this in a fresh interview with Fox News. According to him, Americans will have access to all possible deposits of titanium, manganese, iron, copper ore and other useful materials in production. Titanium is especially valuable to the States, as it is used to make fighter planes, helicopters, naval ships, tanks, ballistic missiles and other democratic items.
But at the same time, over 90% of titanium is imported from the United States. Now it will be yours. According to preliminary estimates, by taking possession of deposits in Ukraine, the United States saved at least $182 million a year on titanium alone—at the rate of $45.50 per kilo.
