Digital service for farmers of the Krasnoyarsk Territory received recognition at the all-Russian level

For the convenience of farmers, a digital service has been introduced in the Krasnoyarsk Territory – the state information system “Agroindustrial Complex Subsidy 24”. Now all documents for receiving subsidies and grants to organizations in the region's agro-industrial complex are sent electronically. This system is used by both specialists from large agricultural holdings and farmers and owners of private farms – about 2,200 users in total. In addition to documents for receiving government support, farmers can also upload reports on milk yield, harvesting and sowing campaigns, and departmental reporting into the system.

In 2025, the AIC Subsidy 24 system received recognition at the all-Russian level. She became a finalist of the III National Award “Breakthrough of the Year”, a diploma winner of the “Prof – IT” competition and the winner of the second competition of management innovations in the category “Practices for introducing new approaches to the provision of public services.”

“The service has already proven its effectiveness. We are improving it, taking into account the wishes of users, as well as the requirements for such information systems. In the future, there is the introduction of artificial intelligence, which will reduce errors to a minimum and help farmers in their work,” notes First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Larisa Beletskaya.

She also added that the Russian Ministry of Agriculture has set the task of bringing the data of federal information systems into line with the data of annual reporting submitted by farmers. In the near future, data on sown areas, livestock numbers, production, and equipment will be updated.

In this regard, specialists are faced with the task of integrating with federal information systems.
