The most downloaded apps of 2025 show a ranking that has not changed from previous years. In the top is ChatGPT, for example, in third place, along with TikTok and Instagram.
The analysis of two of the most popular app stores for mobile phones, tablets, TVs and computers shows that in Google Play, the top of the best apps, books and games of 2025 – made by Google – includes the most successful apps that “must try”, according to ProTV News.
One such app is Focus Friend, created by Hank Green. Hank Green has created an app that helps you stay focused for long periods of time on the tasks you want to complete.
The app was launched in August. It lets you block distracting mobile apps and gives you the support of a virtual friend.
Since its launch, the app has quickly gained popularity: it became number 1 in the App Store, and on Google Play it was installed more than a million times.
