Max users experienced massive problems with the service on the morning of December 8th. According to Downdetectorabout 1,000 complaints were received in the last hour, 1,382 in 24 hours.
The failure began at approximately 09:15 Moscow time. The highest concentration of requests was recorded in Kalmykia, Kursk, Novosibirsk, Tyumen regions and Altai.
Users report being unable to log into their profile, send messages, play voicemails, or make calls.
The Max press service responded that the service is “operating as normal,” but actual data from users indicates ongoing disruption to certain functions.
