Go to Mars. There is no censorship of Nazi salutes there – this is how Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski commented on Elon Musk's entry critical of the EU. In this way, he referred to the controversial gesture that the entrepreneur made during the event accompanying the inauguration of Donald Trump's presidency.

The European Commission imposed a fine on Elon Musk's property Platform X fined €120 million (approximately $140 million) for failing to comply with the Digital Services Act (DSA) in terms of transparency. This is the first fine imposed by the EC on a digital giant since the entry into force of the DSA.
Musk published a series of entries critical of the European Union on his profile on the X platform. “How long will it be before the EU ceases to exist?” – he asked in one of them.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski commented on these words. “Go to Mars. There is no censorship of Nazi salutes,” he replied to Musk. He referred to a gesture resembling a Roman salute, which the billionaire performed twice at the Capital One Arena in Washington during an event accompanying the inauguration of Donald Trump's presidency.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also shared a screenshot of another entry in which Musk stated that
The European Union should be abolished and sovereignty restored to individual countries so that governments can better represent their citizens.
“As if anyone still had any doubts who benefits from all this anti-EU talk about sovereignty. To those who want to make money by spreading hatred and to those who want to conquer Europe” – Sikorski pointed out.

Representatives of Donald Trump's administration and the president himself have repeatedly attacked the EU for punishing American technology companies. On Tuesday, Trade Minister Howard Lutnick announced that if the EU wants to conclude a trade agreement, it must “let go” of American giants. Vance, in turn, sharply criticized European regulations on freedom of expression, accusing European countries and the UK of censorship and comparing the EU to the USSR. (PAP)
