The Jeffrey Epstein case. There is a movement of judgment

Judge Rodney Smith granted the Justice Department's request to release the transcripts and modify the protective order after approving the transparency bill into Epstein's records in November.

Court wants grand jury transcripts released
Earlier this year, a judge denied the disclosure request because of strict grand jury secrecy rules known as Rule 6(e).
“The Act applies to classified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials relating to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Accordingly, the later enacted and detailed language of the Act preempts the prohibition on disclosure contained in Rule 6(e),” the judge wrote.
The Justice Department also asked judges in New York to release grand jury transcripts and modify a protective order relating to the Southern District of New York investigation into Epstein and his former partner and associate Ghislaine Maxwell. The woman helped him organize a network of exploitation of underage girls.
