Luis Enrique (55 years old) revolutionized training at PSG in this season. The Spanish technician, who has decided to watch even the matches from the stands, not just the training sessions, which he films from above, interacts with his players through images, including the seating in the field and other details, displayed on the screen of a huge table.
Luis Enrique has upgraded the training he leads at PSG. Thus, on the giant screen at the edge of the field, the names, positions and movements that the players must follow are displayed.
The footage is collected live and a few rooms away is a high-performance studio and control room
This technological innovation allows players to visualize defensive formations in real time, turning the training session into a dynamic tactical lesson.
The first team has several pitches at their disposal, with a large area for goalkeeper training. It is the domain of Luis Enrique, who likes to innovate and not lose sight of any detail. There is even a platform from which he watches some of the training from above to get a clearer tactical view.
Behind a gate, there is a giant screen, as big as those used at concerts. Luis Enrique projects the tactics, formation and movements on a large virtual board, visible from any point on the pitch, allowing the players to apply the coach's instructions directly on the pitch, combining theory with practice.

From a balcony overlooking the field, images are collected and a few rooms away is a studio and control room that are as capable as those of the biggest televisions.
The kitchens produce balanced and personalized meals daily and are 600m from the obviously organic vegetable garden
There is also a cinema room for watching opponents' matches and rewatching your own matches. The fitness rooms are also state-of-the-art, the treatment area for physiotherapists being one of the world's top.
There is a small hotel within the sports center where the rooms are customized for each first team player, who keep them for the whole season. One has been converted into a hairdressing salon, and a barber comes regularly for those who want to get their hair done, which often happens on the eve of matches.

Luis Enrique also took care of the area for nutritionists, as important as the trainers at the big clubs. Next to the training grounds are the fruit and vegetable fields, a small farm, from which the team canteen is supplied.
The kitchens, which produce balanced and customized meals for players daily, are 600 meters away from the obviously organic vegetable garden. It can be seen from the terrace where the players often relax when the weather is nice, being at the end of the corridor where their rooms are located.
