🗣 Andriy Zhurzhiy: the criminal proceedings on the “illegal construction” of the Inzhur Energy power plant have been closed.

The founder and CEO of the REIT company Inzhur said that the claim to the station, which is being built by 5,000 Ukrainians with their own funds under contracts with NEC Ukrenergo, was withdrawn “due to the absence of a criminal offense in the act (clause 2, part 1, article 284 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine)”, and the law enforcement officers closed the case.

We have proven the full legality of Ukraine's first national power plant – and we continue to build it: we plan to launch the first stage by the end of 2025 to support the stability of the energy system during the heating season. Andriy Zhurzhiy.

A re-inspection of the land and construction site of the power plant found no violations, which were previously insisted on by local residents and the group of prosecutors that initiated the case: the group was replaced by a court order after the company complained.
