Primark is to debut in three Polish cities: in Szczecin, Koszalin and Białystok. There are also plans to open another store of the Irish chain in Warsaw.
Here is a list of locations where Primark stores are expected to open in the coming years;
- Warsaw, G City Promenada
- Galeria Kaskada Szczecin
- G City Biała, Białystok
- Forum Koszalin
The exact opening dates of these points are not yet known.
Moreover, the eighth Primark store in Poland was opened today in the Felicity shopping center in Lublin. According to the company, the investment in Lublin is worth approximately EUR 9 million.
“The opening of the new store created over 80 new jobs, including positions for customer advisors and management staff,” we read in the chain's announcement. The Lublin store has eight self-service checkouts and four traditional checkouts.
The first Polish Primark store was opened in 2020 in Warsaw in Galeria Młociny. The company currently also has points in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice, Łódź and Bydgoszcz.
“We are excited to welcome customers to our store in Lublin – Primark's first location in eastern Poland – and at the same time announce further expansion with new stores in Szczecin and Koszalin. We are proud of the pace at which we are growing in this market – the eighth store is an important milestone in our five-year presence in Poland,” says Maciej Podwojski, Head of CEE at Primark.

The Primark chain was founded in 1969 in Ireland. Currently, it has 460 stores and over 80,000. employees. You can find there mainly clothing, but also, among others: home accessories or cosmetic products. The company focuses primarily on Europe, but also operates, among others, in the United States.
“Central and Eastern Europe remains a key region for the company's development, there are currently 18 stores in six countries: Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia and Hungary,” we read in the company's announcement.
