According to him, existing military personnel will also be able to enter into such contracts and receive higher payments.
In addition, the government should also consider a bill from the Ministry of Defense regarding the introduction of additional changes to the contract form of service, the head of the department noted.
“Regarding monetary support. Separate institutional and legislative changes are needed here. We have worked with the relevant committee, discussed this issue, we will look for options, but now we rely on the contract form,” Shmygal said.
