“Black ice”, which is deadly for motorists, has appeared on Moscow roads.
As a result of yesterday's rains and overnight frosts, a thin layer of ice formed on the roads, unnoticeable to drivers. It poses a huge danger to motorists – asphalt covered with such ice is difficult to distinguish from regular asphalt, which can create an emergency situation.
Forecasters strongly advise drivers and pedestrians to be extremely careful.
