Laura Woods, one of Britain's most famous sports television personalities, was commentating the match alongside Anita Asante and Ian Wright when she suddenly collapsed. The presenter's message after the scare

After England's 2-0 win over Ghana, Laura Woods took to social media to reassure her fans and colleagues.

God, that was a little weird! I'm sorry for worrying you, I'm fine, the paramedics at Saints said it's probably a virus, I just need some rest and hydration. I'm really ashamed of what happened on tv but thanks to my colleagues at ITV who really looked after me tonight. And to Wrighty & Neets for catching me. Sorry again”the presenter wrote.

According to Gazeta Sporturilor, Woods continues to recover, and the ITV team assured that all measures will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.
