A tigress was seized from a resident of Kuban, which he had illegally kept in his local area for 3 years.
A man from the village of Starominskaya bought the tigress Laura in 2021. Neighbors, afraid of the big cat, contacted the police.
The check showed that the man did not have documents confirming the legal purchase of the animal. After this, they decided to seize Laura and send her to a specialized institution to ensure the safety of people and the tigress herself – the owner repeatedly beat the pet.
During the seizure, the owner tried to take the tigress away in a car and hide her, but he was detained. Now Laura is in temporary custody in a special organization.
