On average, it takes residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory 2.7 years to collect the amount for a down payment on a mortgage. This data is provided by RIA Rating analysts.
According to their calculations, the average family with one child needs to save 30% of the cost of a two-room apartment with an area of 60 square meters. m – about 1.74 million rubles. With this indicator, the region took 12th place in the all-Russian ranking of the availability of a down payment.
The situation has improved compared to last year: then the region was in 15th position, and the accumulation period was about 2.9 years with the required amount of 1.71 million rubles.
The leader of the ranking this year was the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra, where it takes less than 2 years for a family with one child to accumulate a down payment of 1.66 million rubles. The last place was taken by the Chechen Republic – where a family will need more than 9 years to collect 750 thousand rubles for a down payment.
