The incident was reported to the authorities on Sunday.

“The police (…) were notified through the National Single Emergency Call Service 112 by a man regarding a conflict with his son, who allegedly showed up at a funeral with a scooter and became aggressive towards members of his own family. From the first checks it was determined that the man in question, 25 years old, from Mioveni, would have come to the funeral traveling on a scooter, intentionally hitting his father and sister, and later allegedly got off the scooter, attacking his mother as well”it is stated in the press release sent by the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Argeş.

Following the procedure specific to cases of domestic violence, the police issued a provisional protection order, without the measure of electronic monitoring.

The law enforcement officers have drawn up a criminal file for domestic violence and disturbing public peace and order.

The investigations are carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Pitesti District Court.

The young man was initially detained for 24 hours. On Monday, the Pitesti Court ordered preventive arrest for 30 days.
