“In Kiev and the region, our emergency services are working at the site of Russian attacks. The Russians fired about 36 missiles and almost 600 drones, targeting civilians,” Volodymyr Zelensky warns on social media. “It's time for Europe to make a decision on frozen assets if Moscow refuses to stop drone and missile attacks,” said the Ukrainian president.
