Florin Borța (26 years old) scored a wonderful goal in FC Arges – CFR Clujby which he made the score 2-0 in the 1st minute of extra time of the first part.
With 5 minutes left to play in the first half, the team from Pitesti opened the scoring from a penalty committed by Louis Munteanu. The one who converted was Ricardo Matos.
A few minutes later, immediately after the extra time of the half, the same Matos served Florin Borța for what is announced to be a serious contender for the unofficial title of the goal of the stage.

Matos reached a follow-up ball, luckily remained in possession after an attempted first pass was blocked, then continued with Borța. The right-back tried his luck from the corner of the box with a stunning finish to the far corner. Hindrich stretched as far as he could, but he had no chance! Below, video with the goal.
Borța's success surprised his colleague in the goal, David Lazar, caught on the broadcast with his hands on his head. It was as if he couldn't believe what Eurogoal he had just witnessed!
To top it off, Borța scored one more time in such a manner against the CFR! He did it on October 29, 2024, in the Romanian Cup, only then he shot from inside the box, also at the long corner!
