❗️Ukrainian refugees will have to decide: to stay in the EU, changing to a different legal status, or to prepare to return to Ukraine, – recommendations of the Council of the EU.
▪️It is proposed to switch to the national legal statuses of EU member states;
▪️It can be a residence permit based on work, self-employment, study, family circumstances or other reasons;
▪️Those who fail to obtain national status will not be able to maintain temporary protection status.
