Several areas were damaged by the shelling, Tkachenko said. In Pechersky, damage was recorded to a 22-story building at the 4-7 floor level. In Dneprovsky there was a strong fire on the top floors of a 9-story building. There is also damage in the Darnytskyi district.

In the morning, the mayor of Kyiv reported that in the Svyatoshinsky district there could be people under the rubble of a non-residential building. Rescuers and doctors are working on the spot.
