The conversation also raised a question about the absence of Polish representatives during Sunday's talks in Geneva, in which Americans and Ukrainians as well as representatives of the E3 and EU countries took part. Przydacz assessed that the lack of Polish presence “is not optimal from the point of view of our interests”, but – as he stated – the responsibility for this rests with the government.

Changes in the US peace plan and the European response
The US peace plan, the version of which originally consisted of 28 points, was to include, among others: Ukraine's resignation from NATO aspirations, limiting the army to 600,000. soldiers and giving up part of the territory to Russia – which was widely criticized.
Further talks were held in Geneva on Sunday, after which US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the head of the Ukrainian president's office, Andriy Yermak, described it as “the best so far”. As President Zelensky reported, the number of points had been reduced and “many right things” were included in the document.
At the same time, European leaders presented their own version of the plan, including: security guarantees similar to Art. 5 NATO. On Monday, EU leaders also discussed this topic during the summit in Luanda. Prime Minister Donald Tusk emphasized after the talks that any peace agreement must strengthen, not weaken, the security of Poland and Europe.
