According to the food blogger, sochniki are ideal for breakfast.
Products for dough
- 120 g butter;
- 80 g sugar;
- 180 g sour cream with 20% fat content;
- 1 egg;
- 500 g flour;
- 1 tsp. baking powder;
- a pinch of salt;
- 1 egg for greasing the juicers.
Products for filling
- 350 g cottage cheese;
- 60 g sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 20 g sour cream;
- 1 tbsp. l. corn starch.
Preparation
- Sift flour into a container, add sugar and salt. Stir.
- Add chopped margarine or butter, grind everything into crumbs.
- Beat the egg, add sour cream and knead the dough.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the filling. To do this, mix cottage cheese, sugar, starch, add egg and sour cream. Blend everything with a blender.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough. Cut out the circles. Place the filling on each circle and connect the ends of the juicer together.
- Place the juices on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush the juices with egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- After the juicers have cooled, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
